It was a great overview and she taught me about things I didn't know about; like PMI. Then she asked me about my preferences. I told her I was very picky. Not too long and seven showings later we made an offer on the home that we closed on October first. Jen was professional, a guide, and an educator to me. She helped me stay positive when underwriting was challenging and as I was learning what to have the sellers take care of vs not, etc. it's a lot to take in.
